Installation of MATLAB can be done through following Steps :

1: Click Start butt at window tasks bar 
2: Then click Run Button and access the IP " \\10.3.20.65" 
3: Login ID is: downloads and Password : downloads
4: Copy the Matlab folder to your desktop then run matlab setup file

5: Install choosing the option "Use a File Installation Key" and supply the following FIK

                09806-07443-53955-64350-21751-41297

6: Use license_standalone.lic to activate, or make a "licenses" folder in %installdir% and copy license_standalone.lic to it,and run matlab without activation

7: after the installation finishes copy the folders to %installdir% to overwriting the originally installed files
